A very busy day!
Firstable an introductory welcome party in the morning, because today we had new arrivals! a few people from Poland and Latvia!

The Dean and president of the university gave as an introduction of the facilities and the programmes they run in the university, turkey’s pastries and tea! Afterwards we had some time to work in our ceramics, we use mainly onglaze paint, by the end of the symposium we will decorate 5 ceramics forms.
After lunch we went for a tour around Eskiseher, we visited a few museums and galleries were they made glass, ceramics, painting and illustration. The glass museum was astonishing, excellent selection of international work. Then we went to the mosque and shopping!
In our return we had 15 minutes to get ready and a typical turkey’s dinner in the second Anadulo’s University campus! (this place is really big, they even have an aerport on it, amazing!)
Then dinner and dance time! we had a great time, people is really friendly and hospitalary, I haven’t seen much of Turkey but the people I met is so friendly, I feel very lucky to be here. I will saw you lots more photos soon. love maria
